You mainly talk to two people. Your Account Manager who handles contracts, billing, scope, and check-ins.

Singapore-led, with our own dedicated development team in the Philippines. Your Account Manager and Team Lead are based in Singapore and the team that builds your work is employed by Solnovate’s Philippines office. Not freelancers, not contractors. Managed end-to-end by your Singapore Team Lead.

• Estimate first. Every sprint is scoped and hours estimated before we start work. 
• Tasks logging. Each task is logged individually so you can track progress transparently.
• Excess hours communicated in advance. If retainer hours are about to run out and new sprints or tasks are needed, we will always check in with you first before we start any additional work.

Yes. Just talk to your Team Lead about the changes needed. We’ll re-estimate the time, you approve or adjust, and we proceed. Change requests can affect budget or schedule, but our hours-based model gives us the flexibility to pivot fast, which often makes the difference between a project succeeding or not.

Yes, in most cases. We start with a paid legacy system study, usually a few hours, to understand the codebase, dependencies, and condition of what you have. Once that’s done we can tell you whether we can take it over, what it’ll involve, and what it’ll cost to maintain or improve. 

After our first consultation, we’ll provide a written estimate within a week. Once you approve it, we can kick off as soon as the following week. No weeks of onboarding before anything happens.
